During the COVID-19 crisis in Brazil, healthcare institutions faced overwhelming demand. Over three years at Laura, at the time one of the top three healthtech startups in Latin America, I helped develop Laura Care, a digital platform that enabled hospitals and clinics to manage triage, follow-ups, and remote care efficiently.

We designed an integrated system for healthcare institutions to manage patient flow digitally — from triage to follow-up. The platform unified clinical data in a digital health record, enabled secure file exchange through chat, and supported large-scale video consultations via smart scheduling.
