Joining Munai (Robô Laura), a leading health tech startup in Latin America, I dedicated three years to evolving the design of the Digital Emergency Care product, significantly enhancing the user experience. Following organizational shifts, I led experience design across three different product squads, ensuring continuity and defining standards across various digital mediums. I was critically involved in a high-profile AI pilot project for antimicrobial resistance with the Gates Foundation and Becton Dickinson, and spearheaded the successful standardization of all products under a new visual identity and Design System.
